plan will also show a significant discount as we will not charge
our $ 119.00 service fee. State filings fees will still be charges
as Active Filings does not have any influence over this part of
the price.
This offer will last until the end of 2005 and it will only be available
to Louisiana and Mississippi residents whose corporate address in
their home state.
As past hurricane victims ourselves we have an understanding about

implementation of Biometric technology based on fingerprints recognition
in all its office workstations.

The Biometric Password Manager provides our employees a convenient and secure way to manage and access multiple security phrases and codes. This product biometrically identifies them and gives them convenient access to password protected computers and applications.
Biometrics technology refers to technologies for measuring and analyzing human body characteristics such as fingerprints, eye retinas and irises, voice patterns, facial patterns, and hand measurements, especially for authentication purposes.
Fingerprint and other biometric devices consist of a reader or scanning device, software that converts the scanned information into digital form, and wherever the data is to be analyzed, a database that stores the biometric data for comparison with previous records. When converting the biometric input, the software identifies specific points of data as match points. The match points are processed using an algorithm into a value that can be compared with biometric data scanned when a user tries to gain access.

Active Filings Obtained a New Certification.
Miami, January 27, 2005 - Active Filings has obtained the Scan Alert Hacker Safe Certification and thus, being the 1st incorporating company to provide its customers with a totally secure environment to do business.
In order to maintain HACKER SAFE certification, the device and domain must have been audited within the past 72 hours and all vulnerabilities categorized as Urgent, Critical, or High severity (#3 or greater) must have been remediated within 72 hours of their discovery.
Sites certified as HACKER SAFE are tested daily to pass all external vulnerability audit recommendations of the Department of Homeland Security's National Infrastructure Protection Center (NIPC), the SANS/FBI Top 20 Internet Security Vulnerabilities list as well as the vulnerability audit requirements of Visa's CISP and AIS, MasterCard's SDP, American Express' DSS and Discover Card's DISC security standards.
HACKER SAFE sites are also certified to be in compliance with the network perimeter security criteria mandated in such regulations as: the Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act (HIPAA), the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOA) and the Government Information Security Reform Act (GISRA), as well as Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act.
