Roberto Neuberger
President

Roberto Neuberger has more than 15 years of experience as a business consultant in the areas of International Trade and E-marketing. He served as advisor to several government agencies and international institutions, such as Fonplata, International Development Bank and the United Nations Development Program.

Mr. Neuberger holds a Bachelor's degree in International Trade and a Masters in International Business from one of the leading European Universities: Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees.

He has been a guest speaker at several e-business seminars around Latin America and has extensive knowledge of the diverse cultures in the region.

Roberto Neuberger also holds a Notary Public Commission in the State of Florida (#DD549613)

Nina Naftali Birnbach
Vice President

Nina Naftali Birnbach has over 14 years of advisory experience in corporate finance and operations, focusing on small and medium-sized U.S. and international corporations.

Mrs. Naftali Birnbach holds a Master's degree in Accounting from Nova Southeastern University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

She is a member of the American and Florida Institutes of Certified Public Accountants and a Certified QuickBooks Advisor.

Stephanie Sue Francis

Customer Care

For those of you that have had the chance to speak with her, it is not a surprise to know how kind she is when it comes to customer care.

Stephanie is always willing to give more than expected and you will be able to know when you receive her reports containing the answers to your questions.

She is studying Environmental Engineering and previous to joining us, she worked at Starbucks and Barnes & Noble.

Cynthia Merbeck

Operations

Cynthia Merbeck is a Certified Public Accountant with 20 years of experience in accounting, audits, corporate taxes and compliance. Previous to join Active Filings she worked for Ernst & Young.

Cynthia is responsible for all the filings sent to the states as well as form preparation services provided by Active Filings.

Jeanette Allen

Accounting

Jeanette, with her 15 years of experience, is a real asset to Active Filings, benefiting clients with her problem solving skills and bookkeeping software knowledge.

We can depend on Jeanette for multiple accounting tasks, including payment processing and preparing the payment to the states for their filing fees.

John Borda

IT Manager

John is responsible of keeping our systems secure and alive as well as the development and implementing of our e-filing platform to our corporate and institutional customers.

John is a Computer Engineer, PHP Developer, CISCO CCNA (Cisco Curriculum Network Associate) and he has an impressive list of titles and achievements.

He joined us from the begiming of this company in 2001 and previously worked for big corporations as Copier One Corp. and Computer Boards among others.

Ileana Bereciartu

IT Department - Programmer

Ileana works with John to develop the applications that allow us to provide low cost and error free services. She manages almost all the programing languages such as PHP, ASP, Java, SQL, XML. etc.

Ileana has experience working for the goverment where she obtained several prizes for her work.
