Shelf Corporations
A shelf corporation is a regular corporation which has already been
incorporated on the date shown below. It is "on the shelf" waiting
to be used at any time
These corporations are also considered "anonymous", meaning
there are no Shareholders, Directors, or Officers listed with the
Division of Corporations. Anonymity can be a major benefit of forming
a corporation.
We no longer sell Shelf Corporations. This service has been discontinued on Jan 1st 2008.
