Our expedited filing service includes 1) State filing fee (when available) 2) Delivery of the documents by courier or priority mail to the Secretary of State and 3) priority Active Filings processing (normally one business day). We have statistics from all 50 states and Washington DC, for both, expedited and regular filings.

Certified Copy of the Formation Documents - $69.00

The Certified Copy is an additional document issued by the state of incorporation, which authenticates the original incorporation documents. A certified copy of incorporation documents is often required to open a business bank account. If you select this service, ActiveFilings will request to the Secretary of State a certified copy of the articles of incorporation (or organization).
