1. What payment method do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Amex, Discover. We tokenize all payments so your credit card information never hits our servers. In addition, we maintain PCI compliance standards and hire a 3rd party auditor on a quarterly basis of our network and software architecture and statuses.
2. Are state filing fees included?
Yes. In addition we do not pad the state filing fees. Many times in order to process a filing for you faster, it costs us more. We do not pass on these additional processing fees the state charges us. We do not pad the state fees to cover our own credit card processing fees. We believe your filing should not cost you more when using our services.
3. What information will I have to provide you?
Typically we need:
- What state you would like to form the company in
- Your desired company name
- Who will manage the company
- Who will own the company
We do all the rest and help you through any additional questions or processes.
4. Do you need a copy of my Drivers License or Passport?
No, proof of identity is not required to file corporate documents.
5. Can you send me an invoice?
When using your online account, you can create your own invoices for any additional services. When you place an order, you’ll have a paid invoice instantly in your online dashboard.
6. Do I have to pay in advance?
Yes. The state you’ll want to form a business in, won’t refund us if you change your mind. We’d like you to commit to paying the state filing fees and our services in advance. The good news, is this is technically what shows and documents the chain of ownership. By paying us, you are capitalizing your company, and in exchange for that capitalization of your new company, you own it. It’s an exciting first step anyway.
7. Do I have to sign something?
Incredibly not! We will do everything for you. Although, when we’re all done, you’ll be provided membership certificates and an operating agreement or corporate bylaws that are totally private documents not filed anywhere, but you should sign those yourself internally.
8. How long does the process take?
We will process your order the same day. You can see the processing times at the bottom of all orders.
9. How long have you been in business?
We started our company in 2001, which makes us the 3rd oldest Incorporation Service in America. But a more fun fact is that we are the oldest privately owned Incorporation Service. The only two older services have both been owned by public corporations or hedge funds and venture capitalists. We’re a small business like you and we’re proud to be improving each year even after 17+ years.
